We must continuously improve every aspect of our business. We have to strive for a degree of stability within our processes that allows us to accurately predict the future. We have to believe that there is always a better way and we can never be satisfied with the “status quo”. To accomplish this, we must create an atmosphere that encourages risk taking and new ideas, herald’s successes, learns from failures and removes fear from NSC Minerals Inc.
